INDORE: Leadership over the past decade has evolved from variations of command and control, highlighting the need for leaders to confront an increasingly complex, interconnected, and fast-moving world, said a CII spokesman.
The world has been witnessing a volatile environment over the past few years, making it harder to predict economic, political and social changes.

Rapid industrialization, technology permeation and changing social values have made it indispensable for leaders to embrace ambiguity for delivering sustainable success, said he.
Today’s leaders need to envision the transformations underlining development, interpret conflicting signals, empower personnel and broaden their vision of success. The fundamental changes happening in business environment have ramifications that can be understood only when leaders are prepared for the future, not stuck in the past.
To deliberate more on the above, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Madhya Pradesh on the occasion of its State Annual Day is organizing a Session on ‘Leading Change: Getting Ready for the Future’ on 12 March in Indore, added he.
Chief economist-Aditya Birla Group, Dr Ajit Ranade, Founder, India Spend, Govindraj Ethiraj, Director- IIM Indore, Rishikesh T Krishnan, will be the key speakers in the conference to be held at annual meet of CII.
